The daily menu may include some dishes that differ from those listed here.

Please note: All seafood served follows preparation and parasite-control procedures at temperatures that may reach -60°C, in order to ensure the highest possible level of safety. Please also note that all shellfish must be alive at the time of consumption and therefore carry risks that cannot be completely eliminated, due to viruses naturally present in seawater. These viruses may be resistant to purification methods and may cause disturbances of varying severity. Through careful checks, we are able to minimise these risks, but we cannot guarantee their total absence.
